The Coastal Escape
This home was outfit with the following upgrades:
Metal Lux Panel exterior siding, full galley kitchen with modern cabinets, microwave convection oven, double sink, lighting fixtures, vinyl flooring, spa~like bathroom with free standing tub and high end fixtures. It's the little luxuries that make this home so special!
The Coastal Escape
This home was a dream to build, with white washed walls, beautiful fir~sawn flooring sealed with our eco-friendly Saicos~Hardwax oil, feature wall, built in couch with storage and another luxury spa bathroom! Not shown is the single murphy bed in the living room that when folded down, is an exension to the couch creating a cozy relaxing atmosphere.

This home has so many beautiful upgrades including the original artwork on the exterior with cedar tongue and groove siding, a large round window and the storage compartment on the front of the home. We loved how warm the inside walls turned out with the natural non-toxic finish, the custom kitchen includes a white double sink, bronzed faucet and the Unique gas range. This staircase has so much storage, with hidden compartments and a pull out pantry. The bathroom is equipped with a composting toilet and full sized tub, did you notice the GOLD GLITTER GROUT? What is not shown in this picture is the queen sized murphy bed in the main floor bedroom, created for the owners guests to enjoy, while the room is not being used for yoga or a home office in between!

This double lofted home with the bedroom on the main floor with a spectacular custom red kitchen witth all the bells and whistles! This home is bright and fresh with white washed walls, and a cheerful red door to invite you in. The full bathroom has tons of storage and a full sized tub and large vanity, as the customer ordered. They chose durable vinyl flooring for thier busy lives and there 100lb puppy! We built in thier bed to maximize space and give thier large dog his own room underneath.

This floor plan is so versitile! It is the same model as above, but the owner only wanted one loft, so we got creative and made some great storage space between the kitchen and bathroom. This home is any foodies delight with a custom kitchen and bathroom vanity, upgrades to light fixtures, and flooring. This customer wanted to bring her own style with upper shelves and has since installed beautiful double barn doors and a shabby shic railing to her loft. What you can't see here is the side by side front loading washer and dryer with a 48" wide closet on the other side of the hall!

This home turned out exquisite and perfect size for the young family and thier forever home. This home boasts everything one could want in a tiny! The upgrades include a corner propane fireplace, durable vinyl flooring, custom kitchen shelving, Unique gas range, quartz countertops and a drawed dishwasher! This has two lofted bedrooms and a home office with a 2in1 washer dryer combo. We love how the tile shower and matching backsplash turned out. The owners chose the timeless look of metal with wood exterior, and the textures and colors blend perfectly. Aren't the skylights dreamy? There are so many great features in this home, too many to list!
